19th century charming 3 bedroom cottage with 21st century style and comfort traditional but with some contemporary nice touches. Welcome complementary produce basket & tea tray. Lovely refurbished and cared for by Penny and her housekeeper, with buttermilk walls throughout, downstairs terracotta floor tiles and upstairs polished wood floors with rugs.

Front door leads into small entrance hall and doors to dining room & also the sitting room, kitchen follows on from dining area leading to the back door, back porch ( perfect for wet coats, boots or dogs to dry), & entrance into hallway with stairs & more coat hanging, washing machine /tumble dryer with downstairs wet room /walk in shower, toilet and hand basin.
Kitchen has fitted custom made units and is fully equipped- Stove electric cooker with hob, under units fridge, freezer, 4 slice toaster, kettle, caffetiere, microwave, etc.

Dining area has pine table & 6 chairs, with antique pine sideboard for crockery, cutlery & glasses, a standard bookshelf with lots of information leaflets, maps to borrow and books, also a CD player. A pine wine trolley will have your welcome produce basket on it for your arrival. Sitting room has comfy sofas and an armchair, log burner, occasional tables and bookshelves with games and DVD’s, videos and books, a good sized TV with sky free view. This room also has a door to the stairs and hallway.

There are wonderful walks from the door to the farm trail, see ducks, lambs, piglets and other animals, and on to the moors & South West coast path with fantastic sea views, & Selworthy village (1 Mile) nice walk for scrummy cream teas and lunches. You might spot red door, foxes or badgers.  Well behaved dogs welcome by arrangement.  Enclosed garden with furniture.    Parking up to 3 cars.  Small charcoal BBQ.    

Perfect location for couples who enjoy a romantic country escape, or for families who want a cottage in the country, access to superb walking or mountain biking, with views over the heather moor and sea, and also Exmoor attractions. Enjoy the farm Hot tub under the stars located 2mins down by the farmhouse, or aromatherapy treatments in the farm garden cabin, both by arrangment please.
